For Candidates
We want to take time to get to know you face to face in a relaxed environment. We appreciate it is sometimes difficult to take time out of your busy day for interviews. Here at Elizabeth Harris we offer a more personal service, interviewing you at a time and a place to suit you.
Interviews will last for about an hour where we will explore your CV by discussing your career from education through to your current role. We will talk through your strengths, experiences and discuss your career options. This may involve us asking difficult questions or probing your answers but we are here to get the best out of
We will then work in partnership with you, offering c.v. advice, improving your interview techniques and offering career guidance enabling us select a role that is right for you!
For Client
When we start working with you the first thing we will want to do is visit you! After 20 years recruiting for a variety of clients we have learnt that understanding your requirements, culture and your future recruitment plans is vital if we are to find you the right candidate.
Once we have discussed your recruitment plan we will commence a rigorous screening and recruitment programme tailored to your specific needs. We will provide you with a quality shortlist of candidates and work with you to choose the right candidate’s for your organisation.
Following the interview process we will work in partnership with you to discuss feedback and handle this process with each candidate leading up to the offer for the candidate and any negotiations required.
We offer an independent, personalised recruitment service to every client whether you are a small organisation, SME or Corporate firm. We enjoy building relationships with our clients and we want to work with you to discuss your future recruitment plans and needs.
